Presenting the KittyCatS 6th Birthday commemorative Kitties!

Happy 6th Birthday to you! We are so happy to celebrate our 6th Birthday will YOU all. We’re excited to celebrate it!

First, thank you for 6 years. It’s hard to believe that 6 years have gone by… time flies and at times and also, sometimes it seems to drag on forever. The last 6 years have been a bit of both. We’ve shared a lot as a community and are thankful for the opportunity to make kitties for you to enjoy.

We have prepared a special gift for you for this occasion and we hope you love it!

You can visit our store to click the blue cake to pick up a sweet birthday girl KittyCat. And then you’ll do a simple fun hunt around the KittyCatS sim to find 6 orange birthday cakes to collect for the cute birthday boy! Find all of the cakes, then click the big orange cake to get your boy kitty.

You are an AMAZING community. You have all helped in making this journey a wonderful one. We are truly honored to be part of this community with you. Let’s celebrate all week long!!!

Food/Milk/Vitamin Exchange Process & Instructions

Hi all! This post will explain how the process to exchange your old food/milk/vitamins for new ones will work. The exchange process begins on Dec. 31, 2016.

To clarify, the food/milk/vitamins are considered “OLD” if they were purchased or acquired from collection packs prior to October 4, 2016. This food will expire after December 31, 2016. This is due to a change we made in the scripting for our food and other consumables.

If you purchased NEW food/milk/vitamins after October 4, 2016, then those are fine and they will not expire.

If you are not sure which is which, OLD consumables have scripts, etc. inside their contents. NEW consumables appear empty. If you are still unsure, schedule an appointment anyway and staff will assist you.

INSTRUCTIONS FOR BOOKING

This exchange has to be processed manually by our staff via appointment. To schedule an appointment, click this button:

This will open a new window on our booking webpage.

On the booking webpage, select the “Food Exchange” service:

Next select the team member you wish to schedule with:

Then choose a date and time for your appointment:

If the appointment date and time you chose are no longer available, go back to the date tab and select a different appointment time.

Appointments are scheduled every 30 minutes. All times are Pacific Standard Time (PST) which is the same as SL time.
There are no appointments on Fridays.

Next enter your information (READ BELOW), then click Continue:

For NAME type your SL Avatar name.

If you would like an email reminder before your appointment, add your email address. Otherwise leave it blank.

For the phone number, type 555-555-5555.

Leave the address, city, state and zip code fields blank.

In the Comments section, enter the number of food/milk/vitamins/etc. that you wish to exchange.

Finally, review your appointment information to ensure it is correct, then click “Book My Appointment”

INSTRUCTIONS FOR EXCHANGE

Your appointment is held at the KittyCats Shop sim here: http://maps.secondlife.com/secondlife/KittyCatS/239/245/2751

Please arrive to your appointment on time. Please bring with you all of the items you wish to exchange, separated into folders for ease of access.

Please be prepared to follow all staff instructions during your appointment. The appointment will last 30min and you must be present through the entire process.

Additional instructions on the exchange process will be sent the day before your appointment.

What a fun contest! There were so many wonderful displays showing off everyone creativity and holiday spirit! Between the panel votes and the public vote, it was hard picking the winners! We ended up with a few ties! Here are your winners:

KittyCatS Winter Wonderland Decoration Contest!

Decorate a winter space for our KittyCatS Winter Wonderland sim!

Fast Facts:
• The contest will be held at our KittyCatS Winter Wonderland sim
• Every participant will get 150 prims to decorate.
• Decorating will be from November 26th through November 30th.
• Sim opens on December 1st to the public.
• Voting will start on December 5th and will close on December 11th.
• Winners will be chosen by a combination of a community vote and a KittyCatS! judging panel. (*details in notecard you will receive as a participant)
• Winners will be announced on December 14th!

The KittyCatS Winter Wonderland Sim will be open from December 1st through January 4th.

Prizes are:
1st Prize 25,000 K$
2nd Prize 18,750 K$
3rd Prize 12,500 K$

Winners will also be invited to display their scenes at the KittyCatS store sim during the month of January!

Rules for participation:
– One stall per person. (no alts)
– At least one KittyCatS has to be in the scene
– PG content
– Contestants who solicit for community votes or TP in people for the purpose of voting for their scene will be disqualified from the contest.
– By participating in this event you agree to the above.

Note: We invite you to use your creativity and imagination as you set up your place. Imagine others taking a peek into a scene you create!

If you want to participate in the contest please send a notecard with your avatar name to Kitten Longmeadow so she can set you up.

There are limited places available so apply fast!

It’s time for another Q&A with Kitten! Our next Q&A will be on Sunday, October 23 at 11AM SLT. The Q&A is done in VOICE. It’s held at the KittyCatS main sim, and our theme is “Update 1.56, etc.”.

We’ll be talking about the new features and items in our most recent update, as well as any other KittyCatS questions you may have! Whether you’re brand-new to KittyCatS!, or you’ve been part of our community for years, there will be info for everyone!

Our Q&A’s are a lot of fun so grab your favorite kitty, put on your Halloween finest, bring your questions, and join us!

KittyCatS! is proud to present our “Kawaii Sand & Sea” Summer 2016 Collection!

On their new summer adventure to the land of sushi and sashimi, the kitties wanted to share the fun they found
on sand & sea in Japan!

In case you didn’t know, “kawaii” means “cute in Japanese, and our kitties found so many “kawaii” things during their time at the beach! The girl kitty loved combing the shore, finding shells, catching crabs, chasing lobsters, and basking in the sun. The boy kitty loved seeing the beautiful coral, jellyfish, seahorses, fishies, and exploring the underwater world!

These collectible cats were created exclusively for Bon Voyage and feature original artwork depicting a fun “kawaii” summer day at a lovely Japanese beach!

We hope this special pair of KittyCatS! makes you smile all summer long and warms your winter too!
