Hello friends! It’s time for our Monthly “Mewsletter” again, wrapping up all of the news from the previous month!

NEW RELEASES

December was a GREAT month for new releases! We kicked off things with the release of two new additions to our line of collectible KittyCatS. Our AWESOME Development Team was thrilled to present our Snowstorms and CookieCatS collectible KittyCatS!

We followed up the Winter collection release with the release of some fun decorative KittyCatS and new festive Santa Hats!

Finally, we ended the month with the release of the special Snowball collectible KittyCat which was our complimentary gift to the Second Life community that was featured as the final gift of our 2012 Holiday Advent Calendar.

NEW DISCOVERIES

December was another month of discovery for our KittyCatS owners! Congratulations go to Mimos Lane for discovering the Salt & Pepper Foxie fur, Ina Soulstar for discovering the Abyssinian Creme fur, Lexxi Lynwood for discovering the Stubby Whiskers, Giuliana Verrazzano for discovering the Tiger Quartz Blush eyes, and Leaf Spires for discovering the Wild Tiger ears. Congratulations to everyone on your new discoveries! :)

SPECIAL EVENTS

You might recall that KittyCatS was nominated in the category for “Favorite Breedable” for the Avi Choice Awards. Well guess what?!

WE WON!!! WOW!!!

We are so excited and thrilled to have been chosen as SL’s Favorite Breedable!!! Thank you so much for voting for us, and for being the BEST breedables community in SL!!! :)

That wasn’t all that KittyCatS was involved in this month! KittyCats was excited to take part in the RFL Christmas Expo, where we featured two special collectible KittyCatS Decor statues for sale, with ALL proceeds going to RFL!

KittyCatS also took part in the Peace on Earth Hunt! Our gift was an adorable shoulder pet, which you can see up close here!

Finally, the month of December also marked the return of the popular KittyCatS Holiday Advent Calendar! Don’t forget you have until January 10th to pick up all of the complimentary gifts that the calendar holds, including the KittyCatS Snowball cat! :)

RETIRED TRAITS

December also marked the retiring of many traits from the KittyCatS starter genetics. You can read the full list on our blog here. :)

KITTYCATS OF THE MONTH – December

Congratulations go to both Lixy Byron and Shayla Juran for breeding the KittyCat of the Month for December! They each won a jewel and a big-sized version of the cat that they bred. Congratulations! :)

COMMUNITY EVENTS

The month of December saw the return of our Winter Cabin Decoration Contest, as well a Collar Building Contest, where participants used our KittyCatS Custom Collar Kits to create their own holiday and seasonal collars.

We’ve had so much fun with our Advent Holiday Gift Calendar this year! Many, many thanks goes to all of the wonderful content creators who have participated this year and provided gifts to the SL community. But it is December 24th, and it is time for the final gift! As a “Thank You” to the SL community, we’ve created this special collectible KittyCat just for all of you!

These Snowballs are non-transfer and are limited to one per avatar. These are a limited, one-time gift to the SL community, and will be available for FREE in the KittyCatS Advent Calendar until January 10th, 2013 at the KittyCatS Main Store, KittyCatS Winterland and other KittyCats and Friends Advent Calendar locations. :)

Icing and candies all pretty to eat, this collection is a fun and edible treat!!! (ok not really but it rhymed)

These little cuties had a lot of fun in the bakery decorating each other… some are decorated quite cute and one didn’t care at all he just wanted to eat frosting and candies!!!

The “FrankenKitty” Collection

The KittyCatS decided to play mad scientists this year and had quite a creepy fun time! Maybe a little too much fun!!! We are thrilled to bring you the FrankenKitties!!! Complete with electric bolts that really conduct electricity! Inspired by the classic Frankenstein and the fun “Frankenweenie” the Kitties really had fun with this collection!

They feature the much requested “beta eyes” (yes our own experiment way back when) with a new twist! We hope you enjoy them and that they add a little jolt of energy to your life all year long!!!

Hello friends! It’s time for our Monthly “Mewsletter” again, wrapping up all of the news from the previous month!

NEW RELEASES

We had wrapped up the month of July with a special treat for KittyCatS customers. To hep celebrate teamwork and the spirit of sportsmanship, your KittyCatS had a chance to birth a special collectible “Team KittyCat” from July 29 through August 1st. These special KittyCatS came in 3 different styles and were limited to one per avatar. To help celebrate the birth of these special cats, we released some “Team KittyCat Flags” as complimentary gifts at the beginning of August. :)

We also released our Summer Straw Hats for our KittyCatS, cool Panama style hats that are perfect for helping your cats to beat the summer heat.

Next we released our Baroque Babies collectible KittyCatS to help celebrate Collabor88’s 1st birthday! The Baroque Babies were available at Collabor88 through September 7 and were randomly given. They did not pass their costume traits, but they could hide a few special surprises for breeders to discover! :)

And as a bit of fun, we released a neat Jigsaw Puzzle featuring some of our KittyCatS from around our main store. :)

UPDATE

We closed out the month of August with an update to our Online Cattery! Now there are 17 ways to sort your cattery, making it easier for you to organize your cats online!

Presenting “Baroque Babies” for Collabor88 Birthday!

KittyCatS wishes Collabor88 a very Happy Birthday with these 2 new cuties!

The theme for this month’s Collabor88 is “Baroque” and the color palette they chose is vivid bright colors that really make a statement! We really enjoyed working on this pair for this fun event where we participated last year with the Soft Exposure Collector cats.

These new cats do not pass their shown traits but can hide a couple little surprises inside that we hope you will be excited to discover. :)

They come packaged in a fun festive cake! Cake food is also available for purchase separately. The cats are randomly given. Price is 188L for one cat randomly given which is a special price for this event which runs til September 7th!

A little over a week ago we posted about KittyCatS going to the Greek Games. Well the wait is over, and the Team KittyCatS are here! From July 29th through the 31st, your cats have the chance to birth a special collectible “Team KittyCat” to help celebrate worldwide sportsmanship and goodwill!

The Team KittyCatS are limited to one per avatar, and every avatar has an equal chance at getting any of the Team KittyCatS! These cats will not contain special traits, and if you decide you don’t like your Team KittyCatS costume, you can send in a ticket to have the costume removed (this is irreversible so be sure before making the request!)

KittyCatS Goes to the Greek Games!

In anticipation of the Ancient GreeK Games which will start next week, KittyCatS! wants to have a little fun of our own!

What will it be????

Only the Ancient CatS know…. Just get your cats ready!!! They will be able to birth a specially designed cat from 29th-31st July to celebrate these ancient games and the world wide participation!!!

If you get your “dream” KittyCatS and you don’t want to wear it the costume, you will be able to make a support ticket and we will retrieve your KittyCatS without the costume. That can be done only once so if you change your mind later we will not be able to bring the costume back.

Everyone has the chance to get one “special” KittyCat, it is limited one per avatar.

Get your KittyCatS ready and good luck breeding!!
