KittyCatS is honored to present our Century Of Hope cats, benefiting Relay For Life.

These 2 Limited Editions are very special to us. When thinking of the Theme of Celebrating 100 years, it was a bit challenging to come up with a direction. Inspiration wasn’t quite presenting itself as quickly as we liked… but alas… that is life…

100 years, relay, walking, community, hope, caring, these things were thought of often in thinking of a theme. Then it hit!

What if 100 paws were drawn, representing the millions of steps taken over the last 100 years by people all over the world in the fight against cancer? That became the theme.

As we all have personally lost people to cancer or know people fighting it now, some of the hearts were directly inspired by their lives. Others were inspired by stories we’ve heard from our community and others during our SL years. Each one has it’s own special meaning.

Each cat has over 100 paws on it… representing those 100 years and those millions of steps. We are honored to present them to you and hope they bring some hope and joy your way.

Hello friends! It’s time for our Monthly “Mewsletter” again, wrapping up all of the news from the previous month!

NEW RELEASES

We wanted to start off with the annoucement that our in-world group, KittyCatS Addicts, passed the 6000 member mark in March! WOW! Thanks to all of you who have supported us over the years, whether you’ve been with us since the beginning or only just joined our community a day ago. We love and appreciate you all! :)

NEW RELEASES

We had a lot of new releases in March! We started things off by releasing new St. Patrick’s Day outfits for your KittyCatS to coincide with the special St. Patrick’s Day kittens that could be born to your cats between March 17th-20th. Did you get lucky and find of of these little beauties?

We followed this up by releasing the latest in our line of collectible “Patriotic Decor” KittyCat statues – the Irish National Day KittyCat and the Greek National Day KittyCat.

But the biggest news of course was that we released the Spring 2013 KittyCatS Collection, featuring WildFlowers and Scrambled Eggs! This collection proved to be a big hit and was available from March 24 through April 15.

Finally, we closed out the month of March with the release of our special Egg-head Hats, for you and your KittyCatS! These were a FREE gift from us to you; did you remember to stop by the store and pick yours up?

SPECIAL EVENTS

March marked the end of our KittyCatS 2nd Birthday Celebration, so we closed out the festivities with a MegaPuss Race, followed by a Dance Party on March 13. Thank you to everyone that came out to celebrate with us! :)

KittyCatS was also proud to have participated in the iHuntSL Bunny Hunt! There were tons of fun items to find; we hope everyone that participated had a good time!

March also featured our Easter Custom Collar Contest! Congratulations to our winners! :)

Remember if you breed a KittyCatS of the month, you not only win a jewel, but you also get your KittyCat of the Month turned into a big cat! The race to get the KittyCat of the Month for April is under way – will YOU be this month’s winner?

Presenting the KittyCatS Spring 2013 Colllection – Wild FlowerS!

KittyCatS is proud to present our Wild FlowerS Limited Edition Collection cats!

Spring is in the air… flowers are blooming… the chill of winter is on it’s way to rest for a while and in the KittyCatS Gardens something new and wonderful has began to bloom…

Yes… THE WILD FLOWERS are now in their full glory, ready to add color to your homes, gardens and hearts! This collection follows in the tradition of our “flower themed” Sping Collection but with a Wild twist… We had a hard time gathering up this “bouquet” as they have fun running from us saying “catch me if you can!” and… we DID.

So now, we present them to you to enjoy!!

And one more surprise… Wild FlowerS!, when paired with each other will have a special “Wild Child” kitten!!! They also come with a little “egg head” hat which you can put on them, AND our new “wearable food” fresh from the KittyCatS! bakery!! Yes fresh TOAST for everyone!

Presenting the KittyCatS Spring 2013 Colllection – Scrambled EggS!

KittyCatS is proud to present our Scrambled EggS! Limited Edition Collection cats!

Omelletes, Quiche, Hard boiled, Florentine, Sunny Side Up… just some of the many ways people love to eat their eggs! Well our little KittyCatS decided to have some fun and paint up each other like colorful eggs. So they colored and painted and dipped and dyed… and wait till you see what they did!

Out of a dozen eggs, only 6 were NOT broken, but the Kitties didn’t care, with the broken eggs they made HATS to wear! So you will see a Scrambled mess, beautifully created by the Kitties themselves!

And what goes better with Scambled EggS than some toast??? Well they didn’t leave that out either and baked you some bread… so we are introducing the KittyCatS Bakery Toast, and it is wearable food that will feed your KittyCatS when you carry them around!

And one more surprise… The Scambled EggS when paired with each other will have a special “Scambled Egg” kitten!!!

Hello friends! It’s time for our Monthly “Mewsletter” again, wrapping up all of the news from the previous month!

HAPPY BIRTHDAY KITTYCATS!

February marked the SECOND year for KittyCatS! in Second Life! Can you believe we’re TWO?! It’s been a great two years and we want to thank the entire KittyCatS Community for all of your support and appreciation. Here’s looking forward to year #3! :)

NEW RELEASES

February was also a month of releases! As part of our birthday celebration, we released TWO special limited edition Birthday KittyCatS! One kitty was given as a gift at our main store and our birthday sim, but the other you had to do a little hunting for. :)

And just like last year, our start kitties got brand new birthday suits too! Check them out! :)

We also released our 2013 Valentine Collection – the BugS and the BeeS! This was an extremely fun collection for us to create for you and we hope during this season of love, they warm your hearts and remind you to LoVe all YEAR LONG!!!

Finally those of you that had kittens born between February 12-14 had a chance to have a special Mardi Gras kitty born to your cats! Aren’t they adorable?

Finally we released some new accessories for your KittyCatS in the form of Love Glasses and Western Hats. Available now at our main store! :)

SPECIAL EVENTS

Our Birthday Celebration lasted all month long (and beyond) and featured a number of special community events! We kicked things off on Thursday, February 7th with KittyCatS Trivia. Voting also began for our special Valentine’s Day KittyCatS Custom Collar Decoration contest! We followed up on Friday, February 8th with KittyCatS Fishing, as well as the start of both our Birthday Hunt and the beginning of voting in our special KittyCatS Birthday Decoration Contest.

The weekend was a lot of fun! Saturday, February 9th marked our very first KittyCatS MegaPuss Race on our Birthday Sim! Loaner cats were available for those wanting to race who did not have a MegaPuss of their own, and everyone had a blast! Then Sunday, February 10th marked our KittyCatS Second Birthday Party! The theme for our event was Western, and so many people came by to party and dance with KittyCatS that the sim was perpetually full! We had so much fun and we hop you all did too. We can’t wait for next year! :)

NEW DISCOVERIES

There were several new discoveries made in February! Congratulations goes to Kendrah Vantelli for discovering the Odyssey Slush Eyes, Femmestophilies Resident for discovering the Blush shade, and Fire Sabretooth for discovering the Main Coon Plush Calico Washed fur (wow…say that 5 times fast!) Congratulations to all of you on your new discoveries! :)

You can now hunt for the Free KittyCatS Birthday Boy Cat!

Just touch the Birthday Cake besides the boy to get the landmark to the first location, tp there and find the first cake :) Touch it to get the landmark to the next location. There are 12 cakes to be found. After you clicked all you can go back to the mainshop and click the cake besides the boy again and it will give you the Free KittyCatS Birthday Cat!!

This was an extremely fun collection for us to create for you and we hope during this season of love, they warm your hearts and remind you to LoVe all YEAR LONG!!!

We all need LoVe, we all love LoVe, and sharing LoVe is music for the soul!!! Spread some KittyCatS love with these adorable little “BugS & BeeS!”

Buzzing their way around, fluttering about, singing sweetly as they collect pollen to make honey…. This collection brings to life the beautiful and fun life of a “Bee”.
