Hello Wonderful KittyCatS Community!!!
WOW!!! What a year it’s been!
First of all a HUGE thank you to you all for being an amazingly creative, kind, giving and fun community. We could not IMAGINE a better community than you are!
This update is very special to us. It has so many features that build upon things we’ve added for the past 2 years. It includes things we have dreamt of making available for you to enjoy even before we launched. (Yes, we do have quite long lists.) The most exciting thing about this update is it allows even more interaction AND customization at your fingertips.
As with each update, we aim to improve your experience with your KittyCatS while tending to any little bugs or fleas they may have picked up along the way! Imagine that! :p

* HIGHLIGHTS *
*** KittyCatS! proudly presents – The KittyCatS Closet! – Dress Up Time!
We know that for the longest time you’ve wanted to dress your KittyCatS in glasses, collars, hats, OR other combinations that you could only imagine. Dream no more! The world of KittyCatS Couture & Feline Fashion has just grown to add more pizazz and style to those finicky little fashionable felines! You can now customize a wardrobe for your KittyCatS!
KittyCatS now come with a built in “closet” right inside their menu which can hold up to 9 wearable accessories!!! Ever wish you didn’t have to part with one item when you liked another? Well NOW you don’t have to! This awesome addition will allow you to customize your cat’s appearance even MORE! Now they can wear glasses AND hats at the same time, as well as other creative combinations.
And… yes… if they can’t decide what to wear.. they can wear ALL 9 items at one time! It may look odd.. however, are you gonna tell them that?
Note: each item worn will add a one prim. However, when attached to you it won’t add to your land’s prim count. Just “dress them up & take them out on the town.” “Take them out you say?” Yes, this new feature ties in wonderfully to another new feature where you can NOW take them out in other ways besides holding or cuddling… are you ready???
Important: Wearable items will now all be shown in the “clothing” part of the menu, which you will find after clicking the “prims” button. ONLY custom created clothing will be shown in “stats”.
*** KittyCatS! proudly presents – The CatWalk! – Take one, two or ALL your cats out with you for a walk!
Your cats can NOW walk beside you, in front of you, behind you, wherever YOU choose!!! Yes you heard right!!! Who cares about “walking the dog” when your cats are dying to walk YOU!
With this feature, you simply hit the “interact” button, then “walk” and you’re off! And yes, you can TP around with them too!
Also, if your cats fall asleep while you have them out with you, no worries as they will “sleep walk!” Now, they may not really enjoy this always, but they will let you know *grin*.
You can edit and place them exactly where YOU want. Also, if you run, guess what? Like it or not, they will run too!!!
When you are standing, they will do their normal cute KittyCatS things like wash, lay, roll, look around, and more!
IMPORTANT: please use the “DROP” option when removing your cat, as with our other “holds.”

*** KittyCatS! proudly presents – Follow the Leader! – Free following feature. (non attached following)
Yes, another fun interactive feature we’re happy to showcase!!! This feature allows you to simply click your cat, then “animation” then turn on “follow”.
So, what will happen? Your cats will “follow” you in a free roaming way. They may run, walk, wait, just as cats like to do. AND, they will they will come to you and follow you around! 
What we really love about this, besides being able to choose which cats you want to enable to “follow”, is that with another new feature we have added, your cats won’t be running to much into your couches, trees, or anything when the follow option is chosen because of…
*** KittyCatS! proudly presents – KittyCatS! PathFinding! – Our unique version of path finding!
Our path finding system allows for more fluid movement for your cats so they can navigate around things and move about freely. All you have to do is have the “walk” or “follow” option on in the animation menu! AND… no need to change anything to your setup! This feature works right out of the box! Due to complexity of this functionality they may still make some boo boos from time to time, but we went as far as we could at this point!
With our new path finding, your cats will roam within their set range at their will! This is NOT determined by any scripted objects but our own system that will bring the experience of them being “alive” even more real. Imagine that!
*** KittyCatS! proudly presents – MegaPuss Jumping!
Your MegaPusses can now JUMP! This feature brings riding to a whole new level of fun! You must try it… As always, simple to use by just tapping your page up key while walking or running! Imagine… races or riding about and being able to jump over things!! More fun than you can imagine! Everybody… JUMP!
*** KittyCatS! proudly presents – Jumping CatS! – Did we say JUMP again???
Yes we did! We’ve added a really cute jumping animation that your cats will do randomly while walking or running. So as your cats are scampering about, if you think you saw them jump, you were NOT imagining things! You did see that indeed!
*** KittyCatS! proudly presents – Wash & Play Laundry Basket – new interactive item!
Since the release of our scratching post, and ball fetching, we’ve wanted to have more things for your cats to interact with and now, we present this really fun interactive item! The Wash & Play basket is something all Kitties LOVE. Imagine, bringing in a freshly laundered basket of soft towels, blankets and more… what cat could resist jumping into that? Not ours!
Watch your KittyCat jump in, hide, play, and jump out! We loved making this for you and it comes with extra “laundry” so you can choose either a one prim basket OR keep the other pieces in place when as it comes when you rez it. Move the extras pieces around to customize it to fit your tastes, leave them as they are, or take them into your inventory to save on prim space… The choice is yours.
Again, we’re so excited about this and hope you love it. The Wash & Play Laundry Basket will be sold in the store as an optional item.
*** KittyCatS! proudly presents – Lay & Play! – new holding animation
We’re happy to have added another animation to the mix. The new lay animation is one you and your cat will love! Lay back and relax and just enjoy time with your KittyCat! Be warned, if you have more than one, they may get jealous.
This new animation works with cats from Teacups to Bigger De Bigs. For best results you may have to slightly adjust your arm length, if your hand are too close together or cat position as no 2 avies are the same. (arm length at 50 seems to work really well)
Also, like our other cuddles and petting, or riding, this will have the same boosting effect as milk when used for 30 minutes.
IMPORTANT: please use the “DROP” option when removing your cat, as with our other “holds.”

ADDITIONS
* Happy, energy, age stats now show on PermaPet™ cats.
* Your cat will emit artistic heart particles when it says “I love you”
CHANGES
* Land impact of twin box images reduced from 4 to 3 prims.
* Land impact of petting feather reduced from 8 to 5 prims.
* Wearable items will now all be shown in the “clothing” part of the menu, which you will find after clicking the “prims” button. ONLY custom created clothing will be shown in “stats”.
* FIXES *
* Home position now grows with all sizes of cats.
* Scratching Post now works again with the “in parcel”range option.
* Boxes with different sizes now will rez cats at correct height.
* Box/image rez positions improved.
* Ball playing reverted to its previous iteration to make it work in smaller area’s too.
* Animation missing error message when tiny is a passenger fixed.
* Megapuss Riding: running no longer turns into walking when interrupted by lag.
* Hud pose menu fixed.
* Several workarounds for the SecondLife bug that reports missing scripts while they are actually there (They may still occur, but far less.)
* Pose Menu in the KittyCatS HUD now reports the correct animation which was set.

HOW TO UPDATE
**************
In the coming 24 hours your cats will start to show an “UPDATE ME” tag.
As soon as they do, the UPDATE button will be available in your cats menu to obtain an updater.
As of that point, you have 2 weeks to update your cats.
Make sure you have at least 30 prims available when you run the updater.
EASY AS 1,2,3 updating steps:
1. Click the “UPDATE” button in the menu of your cat and it will give you an updater.
2. Rez the Updater
3. Click the “can of Update” and watch it as it updates all your cats and boxes! The updater will give KittyCatS HUD owners a new HUD as well.
No need to move cats, re rez them, group them, travel to sandboxes, pull your hair, or anything! It’s REALLY that easy. yay!
All settings for your cat will be kept, including the group. Only if you had a cat or box for sale, you will have to put them for sale again…
