I kinda think that KittyCatS could push a few keys on his puter and create any kind of insta-cat he wanted to =op

Yes I believe he can, also maybe Kitten can by an admin software/website or so as she replaces our cats sometimes, I imagine it is the same process, just some inputs and a button, they don't really need to remove costumes, they can create a new cat with same traits and stats I think. It is all some numbers in the database after all.

I agree but I noticed lately when they don't like to do something extra they simply don't no matter what the individual circumstances are which can result in a cold encounter.
I like their fast and friendly customer service a lot but they can also be typically rigid.
They are only human I think I just hope they don't forget there are feelings behind our pixel beings which can get hurt as well such as in this case.
