What about shades?

For Illume to blind you less, you only need to adjust glow, Gloria. I don't think any of the other shades are blinding (I haven't seen Flash yet); Glitter, porcelain and twinkle seem to me to have a mixture of glow, full bright and maybe shine. Nynaeve Wirefly described the shades as she sees them in a notecard and she let me post it here somewhere -I've got to go now but will post or link to it later. (btw, my favourite Russian Whites have either normal or Illume shades LOL)

Lollll I don't like illume so much certainly not on light furs I can imagine you was quite surprised to get that new born.
The good part is you can breed a more subtle recessive shade in that line but when a cat is doomed with illume there is no way back from breeding a shade in that kitty's line or you must be increadibly lucky for being able to wash it out but it is hard to tell that for sure XD
I use them as worktable lights my illume kitties and during Christmas I put them in the tree Smile

I'm trying Windlight sky in Neutral and she's still bright but I can see the fur, not a lamp anymore LOL
