one SIM is for only Breed. no other object and using Sky.

one SIM is my shop on the ground and some kittycat breed on Sky but few.

I think that more good environment we can?

I agree two full sims should perform excelent and certainly with the low to no lag breedables as KittyCatS give.
I have to say they are quite unique in this so much options and so little lag if any at all which makes them so enjoyable as well.
I hope you get this problem sorted out with KittyCatS and will find some answers to your questions because I can imagine you want to be able to understand it.
Ofcourse KittyCatS don't always work fluently mistakes or failures happen but I don't have the feeling you expect the impossible I think it is only normal you try to understand this.
This gems situation seems to be curious indeed!
I too am a person who likes to understand things before I can accept them or not

CRS only have said that cause from SIM Trouble to ask Linden.

5 Diamond is Correct. No bug, No Miss, No Trouble by KittyCats.

All thing cause by SIM Trouble they said.

I have managed many SIM.

6 Private Full Region(Full SIM)
3 Homestead Region(Homestead SIM)
over 10 SIM Tier of Mainland SIM or Parcel

I am monitoring and managing and trouble shooting for all SIM.
All SIM is good performance and no trouble.

I am using the Breeding SIM that is most excellent Performance for long time.
And No Trouble Cause from that SIM any other.

Only use to breed on this Full SIM and can enter only few Person.
Normally only i am using breeding by only me now.

All kittycats there are on Sky. no more object except manage for SIM object.

I have never seen Roll Back object in this SIM. and I have never seen any other trouble.
And Normally SIM FPS is 44-45fps usually.
Not trouble access to Inventory Server and any other Server for access.
And I am doing restart sometime.

I think that we can not make more Excellent SIM for Breed.

But CSR had said SIM trouble only that. And Ask to Linden.

I cannot Understand what was to cause and what was wrong.
How should i improve this environment for my Breeding SIM.

What should i ask to Linden.

Because i cannot see any trouble in this SIM.

I have made some ticket usually by SIM trouble. because i am doing estate company.

But In this SIM i cannot see any trouble.

How can i do that?

I am using only about 6000 prims in this SIM.
normally no person. sometime only there me in this SIM for breed.
All time i am monitoring for all SIM.

This SIM is no lag and normally FPS 44-45.
I have never seen under 43PFS.

Another performance date is normally very very high scores in this SIM.

if this Environment is not so much to breed for KittyCats, We have to use only under 1000 prims and one person by one Full SIM.

I have no idea either and i'm sorry to hear it worries you this much and gives you such inconvenience.
I have a full sim on which I breed as well but I never had such problems you mention.
I collect my gems in a sterling gem collector box freely available in the main store.
You think maybe saving them this way would stop the problem?

i have no idea too..

now i have check live cats in those SIM.

now not so many breed. because busy to estate company and temporally close my cats shop.

so..there are only 200 live cats each by one Full SIM.

when we want to clear cache, many person will go no lag point like ANWR SIM.

but my breeding SIM is more no lag by that point.

so..usually i am using my breeding SIM for cleared cache.

anyway..i will think about my environment and breeding KittyCats to the future plan.

Yes I like that about KittyCatS they are so low lag I suffer no lag from them either while they animate as well.

i have talked with CSR again.

they said that the duplicate is caused by Linden not relate with KittyCats.

On any kind environment (like very heavy SIM or very light SIM or any kind of land) the duplicate will be happen they said.

that mean not relate with environment (like heavy SIM) and caused by Linden.

i am sure that...when we are breeding..

are there a recommend environment (like Active Script Under 4000) or no heavy SIM or a limit of environment by KittyCats CSR that ask to them.

they said no limit and no recommend.

Any heavy SIM, any kind SIM, we can breed they said.

And not relate with environment (like heavy).

If i will use very light SIM, duplicate will be happen sometime caused by Linden.

They don't know why duplicate happen, because that would cause by Linden.

Please ask Linden.

But any case of duplicate, the KittyCats data is correct with 100% guaranteed.

we don't need take care for duplicate in any case.

we should delete only duplicate one.

anytime is correct data on KittyCats.

Only we can see on their HP.

that is their answer.

Over the past months we have replaced 4 jewels for you as you reported them missing.

Afterwards you have reported that for this 4 jewels duplicates existed.
It seems you have found the old ones back.

Additionally there was one more jewel you reported as duplicate, which we never replaced for you. This duplicate must have been created by SL, for example with a sim restart (read as: rollback).

The Jewel overview you can see on our website is a direct extract from the database.

When our CSR asked you to send the jewels to her to sort out the duplicates, they were no longer yours, and therefore didn't show on your page anymore.

This is similar to how a cat doesn't show on your pedigree anymore when you sell them, or give them away.
