Just had another look at my rainbow tigers - chartreuse tiger fur is there - it's on the back left leg of the rainbow boy.

Yeah, I may actually keep the ears when I start playing around with other traits on it. There will be more than enough with Wild Tiger and Scotty fold

Tiger! - Chartreuse is recessive to Russian - Black

Brittany hides Tiger! - Chartreuse, it was pulled by a Burmilla - Chocolate Silver Shaded, Brittany is a Tiger! Tiger! Collection starter. We already know its a new fur only available in the Tiger! Tiger! Collection starters so we aren't going to quibble over which cat hid it.



I played a hunch and paired her to a Siamese - Seal hiding Russian - Black or more recessive.
The resulting baby was a Russian - Black, since thats a traited fur we know that Brittany passed her hidden fur not her Genesis fur meaning the baby hides Tiger! - Chartreuse and that fur is therefore recessive to Russian - Black.

Regarding dominance, it is very likely dominant to Balinese - Cream Lynx, however without proof that the Cream is pure we cannot say that definitively, we will need to see it pulled back out by a more recessive fur to confirm this supposition.

Well, here it is. Proof that the new Chartreuse hides Cream Lynx. lol I was lucky to get it on the first try.

Information is adding up fast! The Chartreuse Tiger lies somewhere between Russian Black and Cream Lynx. Ha lol

I bred my Tiger with an American B&W Patch hiding Tonk Blue Mink. I got the Chartreuse. Today I bred the baby with an Aby S&P hiding Pandie Fawn. I got the Fawn back. So Now I am taking the fawn and will see what it gives me. And will post my results when I know.

Thanks Reece, for reference though we already know that its dominant to Balinese - Cream Lynx. Congrats on finding the fur though

oh and with your image link don't leave spaces between the [img] part and the actual link, you will also need .png before the [/img] part and again no spaces at that end, it all needs to be one thing with no spaces
