Thanks for showing us the first baby, Ultranerdy. So looks right now the range is Latte to Choco tip.

If Ultranerdy's baby pops a flame against Choco tip, it'll narrow it further.

Ultranerdy, if you don't have Choco tip, I have a girl you can pair with for one breeding if you want to. If you don't want to, that's fine but here are her stats in case you want to consider it. You can also have the baby afterwards.

I have great news! Dei showed me proof of recessive to flame so I think this is placed between flame and choc tipped.

First baby from this starter threw flame when bred to a latte hiding flame:


And second baby threw monochrome when bred to flame that hides choc tipped.


She has proof the second hides choc tipped but I feel it is obvious. Congrats Dei on getting this new whisker and thanks for giving me permission to post your proofs!

First pedigree:
Mom shows Latte and hides Flame or Chocolate tipped
Dad is a starter
Kitten shows Flame that can come from either parent, and hides Flame or more recessive.

Second Pedigree
Mom shows Flame and hides Chocolate tipped (Awaiting proof from Dei)
Dad is the same starter as above, and hides Flame or more recessive.

Kitten shows Monochrome whiskers.
Monochrome whiskers are new, and cannot be Mom's hidden.
They must therefore be Dad's hidden whiskers and recessive to Flame.

This also proves that Mom must hide Chocolate tipped whiskers, since Mom didn't pass Flame.

Monochrome whiskers are PLACED between Flame and Chocolate tipped.

Tell Dei congrats on the Monochrome and thanks for the charts, Peaches. That's very cool. And for consistency sake, could you ask her if she could post the chart proving the choco tip hider? Just on the general principal that all charts for a final proof should be inline including the chart proving the parent's hid if it's necessary to know that for a proof. And also on the very narrow chance there is actually something recessive to choco tip out there, it is good to prove mom hides choco tip.

Mom Cailey (same as Monochrome kitty's mom) shows flame and hides Flame or better from her Mom
Dad Asaph (Cailey's half brother) Shows Flame and hides Flame or better from Mom.

Their kitten Athena shows Chocolate tipped, which proves that both Yuna, Cailey and Asaph hide Chocolate tipped.
