ABOUT THE LAND:
All rentals are MAINLAND - land cannot be deeded to group*
All land is MODERATE rating unless noted otherwise
All land is commercial OR residential - most land is considered "mixed" but will specify in the description if it is residential only
All land does have rules that are very simple and straight-forward. We have some specific parcels that have less rules than others.


Perfect for Breeders: NO BREEDABLE RESTRICTIONS 100%!! These parcels are set up with a sky box already for your breedables, but you are allowed to use ground access as well (if the land states it is okay to do so). It is not limited to breedables. You can set up a home or shop here as well.

Breedable Friendly Land: No breedable type restrictions; breedables may be monitored for lag issues. These lands generally specialize in features such as sailing and flying. Most land is mixed residential/commercial, so it is perfect for a home and/or shop.

Hello I am a breeder that is looking for land that is breeding friendly. I breed KittyCatS cats, but I also have other animals I breed. I was wondering if you only allow the KittyCatS cats on the land.

It is literally ocean.. so it's great for mermaids or people who like those houses on stilts! Most of it is also sailable!
