It's random.
And, yes, that means someone, somewhere, some time, will get exactly 6 normals, then one special, repeating precisely that pattern many times in a row.
What surprised me was the high odds to get a not-Normal size.
But, knowing it is so common explains why so many people are convinced it breeds.
