They breed just like any other cat, and no it's totally random, they don't pass sizes. It may not be a problem for some, but, well, frankly, I'm a bit picky about how i arrange things for my breeding, and the mega's simply don't fit.
Herm. I guest I just don't understand what you mean by fit. 
There are lots of terms that are used with regard to the kitties that seem to have specific meaning to the kitty world.
