Trying to find the nicest way to broach this subject so as not to offend.
1) the inbreeding of pixel kitties causes no harm to them.
2) the word kittycest has been around for a few years, and is a simple way to explain how the kitty was bred. Rather than going through the list of relatives to make the point.
3) there are other breedables that don't allow breeding relatives which means opening more boxes, whatever, and taking much longer, to get to what the breeders goal are.
4) there are some expressions and sayings that have been around a long time and it's not fair to others to expect them to change their habits.
I for one hate to hear kitties referred to as pussies. It's been a running joke from back in the day and I've heard the term used so often it turns my stomach. But I do not want or expect ppl to stop saying it just because I find it old and offensive. It's not my place to tell others how to speak or act whether I like it or not.
This is a large diverse community. And in a large diverse community we need to except ppl the way they are and not be too quick take offense. That doesn't mean we should take their abuse either.
