Trying to find the nicest way to broach this subject so as not to offend.
1) the inbreeding of pixel kitties causes no harm to them.
2) the word kittycest has been around for a few years, and is a simple way to explain how the kitty was bred. Rather than going through the list of relatives to make the point.
3) there are other breedables that don't allow breeding relatives which means opening more boxes, whatever, and taking much longer, to get to what the breeders goal are.
4) there are some expressions and sayings that have been around a long time and it's not fair to others to expect them to change their habits.
I for one hate to hear kitties referred to as pussies. It's been a running joke from back in the day and I've heard the term used so often it turns my stomach. But I do not want or expect ppl to stop saying it just because I find it old and offensive. It's not my place to tell others how to speak or act whether I like it or not.
This is a large diverse community. And in a large diverse community we need to except ppl the way they are and not be too quick take offense. That doesn't mean we should take their abuse either.

Yes I think it is not appropriate to compair pixel beings with real life humans or animals.
It seems such a long shot.

To me, the designers of other breedables choose to disallow back breeding purely for emotional reasons. Most likely, I think, they were involved with a breedable which allowed it and felt it was "ruining" something ..
As a mathematician, I chuckle at these so-called restrictions. Every claim I've ever seen about the advantages is patently false.
Disallowing back breeding does NOT "level the playing field for players." In fact, it puts most players at a disadvantage. Well-experienced players will, on the other hand, have virtually no problems surmounting the restriction.
It does NOT support market prices. Actually, it has the exact opposite effect due to the huge over-supply of live specimens which need to be cleared out of your inventory before they eat you out of sim and Home location.
The only 'positive' effect that I've ever been able to prove about back-breeding restrictions is they are Very, Very Good for the publisher's bottom line. They will sell far more food. Unfortunately, that all too often simply means extending the life of an inferior product.
The only effective use of back breeding restrictions I've seen was for <unnamed other product> which claimed to be a "breedable" because the gambling system offered by that product was couched in activities which appeared like a breedable pet. For that product, back breeding had to be disallowed because it would have allowed fast and easy proof their "breeding" was simply random and they were not really a breedable at all.

I so agree with the pussy part you mentioned
But I think also if people love the pussy jokes let them have their funsters LOL
And hey they now have a Mega Pussy to joke about a ridable one even
Hold your horses it can become worse.
I still think there should come iny tiny willy as a size trait, a barely visable one, to balance things out.
