Grant permissions to allow it to take money. We can trust KittyCatS won't do that without your knowledge. It's necessary so you can transfer L$ to K$.

Rez the dock, grant permissions.

Click on the cat, then on the button to send it to the Cattery. Confirm the action.

Click on the Dock to bring a Cat->SL (Cat to Second Life). Click the link to go to the web page it wants you to browse.

Find the cat you just sent in and click on it. It should disappear from the web page and appear on top of the dock.

This uses the Dock's internal "generic" cat object to create a fresh version of the cat. The errors should go away unless the copy inside the Dock is corrupted (YOU can't corrupt it .. so it if it, they'll have to push out a new Dock).

It's fast, easy, and free. If you ensure you have the newest version of the Dock, it ensures you have the newest version of the cat. And you don't have to wait for a CSR.

But, I'd file a ticket, anyway. They can't know they have a problem if they're never told about it.
Much like the Dock, every version of the cat has a "generic" cat inside it. Building this is probably a hand process. It's possible that one version has a generic cat missing parts. So, if the problem recurs and you just, for example, switched from Potted to Full form, you could try switching to Basket or some other form and back to Full. If it only occurs when switching from one form (or coming from the Dock, or a Box), that's probably the place they forgot a part, or where you had an older version, or they had a broken script, etc. Tickets (should) allow them to track this sort of thing to aid their locating the problem.
