Yeah I think I agree with Luna, I notice it more often when the sim gets laggier or also when I am on a slower machine.

Two things:
  1. This phenomenon is indeed not limited to KittyCatS. I just saw a Meeroo on my parcel with its eyes in the wrong place!
  2. I've been trying capture a snapshot, but the phenomenon never lasts long enough for that.
