The Aby Fawn x British pairing that Reven and I have set up just dropped an Aby Fawn kitten. He's being unpacked for testing.

First baby from my Snowshoe Red British Shorthair test open and soon to be gaining love. Test definately needed because of what his parents threw out this week. That pesky Coffee & Cream I spotted did indeed hide in Mum.



Baby No.2 showing the Coffee & Cream, not hiding the British though as we already know the British is dominant to that. The Coffee & Cream comes from Carrie. The Red from Austell.

The first baby from the British that may hide Bali Choc gave back British, will try again next week along with the one hopefully hiding the Snowshoe Red

My pairing of British SH C&W against Bengal Snow just gave me a second Bengal Snow (shown fur) kitten.
Both are unpacked and on my mat for testing to reveal the hidden fur(s).

I've also got the two British furred kittens from the British SH C&W x Ocicat Chocolate pairing on the mat, and gaining love. Hopefully one or both will give us some results later this week.

I have a strong gut feeling at this point that British may end up placing between the Aby Fawn and Oci chocolate...

The Aby Fawn Reven is pairing w one of my Brit is very possibly pure, though test mating kittens to be 100% sure. So far we have Aby Fawn shown fur on offspring.
My Brit x Oci Chocolate cross threw all Brit furred kittens -- those are unpacked for testing, so it's a waiting came there.

So, I've unpacked what should be a pure Siamese Flame kitty (I'm 99% certain, but I always test out kittens regardless). Will be exciting to see what we all get over the next few weeks.

British Shorthair Cream & White x Burmese Flame returned Burmese flame.
The kitten is already unpacked for testing, and I half expect to find a Tonkie Blue hidden.

Well, one of my Brit x Oci Chocolates just produced a Tonk Blue Mink kitten, so she has the wrong fur hidden.
One more Brit x Oci Choc still left to test -- on the mat and gaining love.

I'm putting the failed test Brit (Brit fur shown) with an Aby Black Silver mate, since I had one handy. Covering bases and re-using cats, so as not to waste them.

It would be wonderful if that Snowshoe comes through for us, and then the Aby Fawn also! I'd love to get the British fur placed and done; then I can clear a LOT of cats off of my Saga mat.

Same here, got a lot of cats involved in testing this fur. Thankfully I can retask some to other eyes or furs.
