RE: ARE YOU ADDICTED TOO?
I was first introduced to KittyCats from the 2014 advent calendar. I was a few months old in Second Life, and then my friend gave me a kittycat a few months later. Needless to say, I got addicted.

1. When your partner asks you how many cats do you have, do you

A. Change the subject. Bringing up your latest gacha purchase (hiding an addiction within an addiction)
B. Lie, telling your partner you only have 10% or 25% of your true numbers
C. Get insulted. After all, no one should ask a person their age or their number of cats
D. Tell the truth

Answer: A

Quote:2. When budgeting for kibble, do you

A. Justify it by remembering that cat you sold at auction that got a bid war started. Was that last week? No wait! That was four months ago. Oh well, you're putting up a new kitty tomorrow. Surely tomorrow ... dreams of a huge catfight.
B. Balance the books by not counting auction buys, milk, vitamins or store rents. Only cat sales and kibble buys count.
C. Pull out your credit card, rolling your eyes at the word budget. Who does that?
D. Carefully monitor all outgoes and incoming and matching it Linden for linden.

Answer: C

Quote:3. On auctions, do you

A. hop from auction to auction. Signing up for auctioneers and groups to IM you whenever one is starting. Search the calendar to ensure that every hour on SL is filled with the sound of kittys for sale. Meanwhile promising yourself tomorrow you'll quit.
B. send money to your alt before going because you are careful with your lindens. Then get into a catfight over a kitty so you transfer the lindens back fast and buy more lindens because dammit! you want that cat and no way is She/He going to beat you.
C. have a cat up on a panel. Then buy three cats costing twice as much because they are sooo pretty and unbelievable bargains.
D. Decide not to go today because you'd rather explore an art sim.

Answer: A (until my better computer broke and cannot do auctions on the old clunker I'm on now)

Quote:4. On the secondary market, do you

A. wander kitty sims for hours because you've decided to collect all the furs and eyes just to have them in your cattery
B. have 4,000 boxes in your cattery and look at the stores thinking maybe you should sell a couple
C. lm stores to come back to -- then carefully move the lms to the 20 or so folders that you have categorized kittystores into
D. who shops? you have enough cats.

Answer: A (or as long as the old clunker can handle it)

Quote:if you answered A, B, or C, you are addicted
If you answered D, I don't believe you. Maybe you did that once but that was a long time ago.

/ me face palms!

Loving the cattery! Thank you KittyCatS!

RE: ARE YOU ADDICTED TOO?
Hello! MRxGQxFUTURISTIKxKG, I not yet addicted to cats, in the sense that I have very few of them. But I love cats. Cats how cute they are, they are the best Pets ^^

My good friend told me about them. But I already had a cat from the Firestorm. She taught me about cats.

So I'm still not addicted. I love cats in real life and virtually, but I'm still not a fan. I don't know if I'm addicted to them in the future.

I decided to try to breed cats and sell them. But I'm only a beginner. So I don't know if I can do this. If Yes, then I will be very happy. ^^

Kayla, Tad, what an interesting test. Smile

Heart All kind time of day! Heart
I decided to go out of business so I sell cats at a huge discount. The price is negotiable.
Take the cat for a symbolic price

RE: ARE YOU ADDICTED TOO?
Hi, MR GQ FUTURISTIK,

I am so addicted for about 2 years.

I wanted a KittyCat as soon as I first set my eyes on one a long time ago.
The addiction started when I got a Firestorm Kitty. I always thought it would be absolutely difficult to have a KittyCat that needed to be fed and cared for. The Firestorm Kitty did not need to eat. So I rezzed it. And I watched it. And I got so exited. And then I fell so much in love!

So I searched for kitty markets and wandered them and saw soo many cute and lovely kittens.

I studied the KC site and learned all about them and then I bought my first kitty. It was a white Russian and when it was rezzed I was very disappointed because it looked so bright and unnatural (it was a twinkle shade). I deleted it and searched the markets again and the same time learned about traits and stuff.

Then I found a Smokey III with a natural coat and Genesis Water Eyes and black whiskers. And I almost could not breath because she was so beautiful and she only cost 50 Linden on a Menagerie table. I took her home. I birthed her and called her "Lotte" and until now (of course she is a permapet today) she is my most beloved and adored kitty.

She also was the one who started my wonderful/frightful Smokey III addiction and a bit later all Smokey Generations addiction. I am lost till then.

My current stats:
Total: 467 Cats (♀ 231  ♂ 236) | 1752 Boxes (♀ 817  ♂ 935)
