I noticed that it depends on the pupil size, the eye are reversed when pupils are big or small. Not sure if that;'s coincidence, just my observationSmile

Doesn't seem to be that simply. Mine and Songdog's are both BIG pupil size, but his kitty's eyes are reversed from mine.
Maybe it is related to the Mysterious and Curious eye.

RE: New Eye - Festive Odyssey
That would make sense, mine do have mysterious and curious on opposite sides too. It's interesting, I`d love to see this confirmed, it's great when Kittycats have little quirks to discoverSmile

RE: New Eye - Festive Odyssey
I had a nice surprise today! Big Grin
I cannot be sure that the father has pure eyes of course, but at least we know Festive Odyssey are dominant to Brushed Steel since they could not be hiding in any old cats. I will try to find out more.

RE: New Eye - Festive Odyssey
it's not a pattern, sometimes when i make odyssey eyes, i randomly decide to make some on the opposite side Smile so there's not a huge thought behind it! just something so the cats are all a bit unique. Smile so glad you noticed.

RE: New Eye - Festive Odyssey
Festive Odyssey is Dominant to Galaxy Star.

First picture is a baby showing the Festive Odyssey, which comes from mom Yuki, and thus the recessive is from Dad Donzel.

Second picture shows a baby from the same parents that is showing Galaxy Star. That must be Donzel's recessive because Yuki's recessive is Grey Matter or lower.

Thus the Festive Odyssey baby is hiding either Donzel's Exotic Seas or his Galaxy Star. Therefore, the Festive Odyssey is at least dominant to the Galaxy Star.

RE: New Eye - Festive Odyssey

I found proof that Festive Odyssey is recessive to RockOpera!
My collection kitty which hides Festive Odyssey (You can see that in the first picture), just gave birth to a kitten with RockOpera (2nd Picture), so Festive Odyssey could hide behind RockOpera and that places it as more recessive than RockOpera.

The first picture does not tell much about Royal Sapphire because the eyes Burleigh passed could be the hidden eyes which I don't know.
