There appear to be asset server issues currently. For example, inability to delete rezzed items. We suggest you refrain from rezzing no copy items, or making purchases at this time. Keep an eye on Grid Status for information, as it becomes available. Support doesn't know any more than you do.
If you purchased collection cats or items and did not receive them, please file a support ticket with the transaction details and we will make sure they get to you.
