RE: New Fur, eyes, Whiskers?
Hi Drift,
There are a couple of places where you can check if traits are new or not. Probably the first place to check is up above on the forum tab bar, the first one to the left is called "Our Cats". That lists all the traits alphabetically by type.
Another place is the Dominance charts. That lists the traits, one page for furs, one for eyes, etc.. but it lists them by their recessive/dominance value, with the recessive ones being on top.
Another place is the History of Discoveries document, which lists the traits from earliest down to most recent.
There are a lot of traits and it can be overwhelming to get to know them at first but it is also very fun.
Oh another fun place to get to know the traits (though it has no tails) is Tad's Build-A-Cat. You can waste hours trying out different combinations.

The very short answer to your question is that no, Russian Black, Exotic Treasure, and White, Plush whiskers are not new. They are quite old. But it looks like a very pretty cat. Congratulations.

The Pawsable Traits Reference manager and a Chart keeper.
