RE: New Fur: Siamese - Blue Tortie
For the record: The current range is between Burmilla Blue shaded and Australian Mist Blue Marble.

I have corrected my mistake (the box was shifted one step lower than it should be) and updated the charts with the new range.

RE: New Fur: Siamese - Blue Tortie
Pull the hidden, Terror!
There is only a 50 % chance that the kitten hides the Siamese Blue, so the hidden fur can just as well be Bengal Blue

RE: New Fur: Siamese - Blue Tortie
Yep you need to pull the hid, I'm breeding a Siamese Blue Tortie with a Solid Bengal Black and in 4 breeds have only had Siamese Blue Tortie back, popped baby refusing to pass his hid so far though, but its a strong indication that it might be dominant to Bengal Black meaning your Snowshoe Cream may hide Bengal Blue.
Looking at the Bengal Black I am using I can't see anything else in his pedigree but thats no guarantee which is why I have popped baby #1 to pull his hid, I think I posted him further back in this thread Smile
He breeds again tomorrow so with luck he will play nice this week!

RE: New Fur: Siamese - Blue Tortie
And its official Siamese - Blue Tortie is dominant to Bengal - Black

This gives a range now of just 8 furs between Burmilla - Blue Shaded and Bengal - Black Smile
So with Boyden passing his hid I retasked his Mum Roxie to a Balinese Cream Lynx and got this

Box is unpacking because Kelwin hides at least Snowshoe Cream

RE: New Fur: Siamese - Blue Tortie
Siamese - Blue Tortie is recessive to Tonkinese - Blue Mink Tortie

Sashimi, a Tonkinese - Blue Mink Tortie bred with Boyden, a Siamese - Blue Tortie
Their baby was Phee Phee a Tonkinese - Blue Mink Tortie
She bred with Avidor a Tonkinese - Blue mink, a fur known to be recessive to both and they produced a Siamese - Blue Tortie, since Avidor cannot hide that fur Phee Phee must have so Siamese - Blue Tortie is recessive to Tonkinese - Blue Mink Tortie.

RE: New Fur: Siamese - Blue Tortie
Siamese - Blue Tortie is dominant to Pandie - Brown & White

Roxie, Siamese - Blue Tortie bred with Dacian, Pandie - Brown & White.
Their offspring was Barret a Siamese - BLue Tortie.
He bred with Delcine a Tonkinese - Blue Mink a fur known to be recessive to both test furs.
Their baby was a Pandie - Brown & White proving Barret hid Pandie - Brown & White from his Dad.
