Who gets to keep the kitten if you breed your cat with someone else's cat?
Is there a standard procedure?
Just curious!!

I do have one bengal girl who is going to be at 100 well before her partner is even gaining love, wonder if i should look for someone to breed her with, but who gets the kitten?

depends on the agreement between the two people, you can always breed twice and each keep a kitten, or who needs what? do you need a boy and the other person a girl? than give it by sex who needs what....... In the case of someone paying you to breed with your kitty, they are paying you to keep the kitten from the breed.

So you can make up any agreement you want that makes you both happy.
