RE: Index of Traits Post Your evidence Here
I was wondering. With the KittycatsProofs Forum charts doing such a fabulous job with linking to the traits directly to the KC forum and being very quick with the updates, maybe this index is no longer necessary. Should I discontinue this index?

My KittyCatS just had a kitten box with the following ears trait: Ears: Pixie Wild Tiger

I'm somewhat of a new breeder. Started about 6 months ago and have never heard of that trait before. Curious as to if it's a new trait?

congrats on your new kitty. It sounds very pretty. Twilight is one of my favorite eyes.

Pixie Wild Tiger is very new. Discovered by Lady Stromfield 26 February 2021

Here is the forum thread that follows the discovery and the placement. It's third most recessive currently.

Some resources you might like by kittycats enthusiasts. This is a spreadsheet on when things were discovered. Traits are listed alphabetically. Click on the tab like "eyes" or "tails" of the trait you want to look at

https://docs.google.com/spreadsheets/d/1...jannhMUBw/

This is another good resource. it's a spreadsheet on traits by their recessiveness. A recessive trait makes it easier to show/prove the hidden of a partner cat with a more dominant hidden trait.

https://docs.google.com/spreadsheets/d/1...YJd2GN3qqw

Hope this helps you.

Welcome to the world of Kittycat breeding. It's a lot of fun.

This proves dominance to Double plush so its not between Double Plush and Double Dreamy its dominant to both, the Double Plush was pulled from under the Mustache by the Double Dreamy.
I will once again repost your findings to the Mustache thread. Could you post there in future instead of on multiple different threads as its easier for Ivy and I to monitor that way. Thank you.

russian blue + washed blue mink gave russian blue
https://gyazo.com/04489d90d5c85e31e933dbf0f8a607f1
then the russian blue was actually hiding its hidden, the toffe caramel
https://gyazo.com/d39d2f24a3d6b6929295cc03a1919014
washed mink + russian blue makes washed mink
https://gyazo.com/26db8bd9cc26c01a57da0972624d620e
but the washed mink actually hides maltese chinchilla which was hidden under the russian blue
https://gyazo.com/d2e4321ce6d3fe14d2635e78f43134b0
none of my washed blue cats had russian blue hidden under so my assumption it is recessive to russian blue, Waiting for other proof.

And the Russian Blues didn't hide the Washed mink either so since the cats gave up both and nothing useful was hiding no reasonable assumption of dominance can be made.
