Dry Olive Eyes
I see "Dry Olive" posted as a color on the KittyCats eye color chart, but I've never seen these eyes available for sale. Unless I'm just completely overlooking it, I don't see "Dry Olive" listed on the dominance charts. Is it just a color that did not gain favor or popularity, or is there something rare and special about it that I haven't heard about?
Does anyone have any kitten boxes with this eye color? I love green eyes, and would like to eventually add this color to my collection!

RE: Dry Olive Eyes
Sadly I haven't seen them either while they look so pretty!
I believe they came just from the starters so in that sense not more special than other new traits.
I get the sense they are not much in favor either

RE: Dry Olive Eyes
I'd love to add these to my collection as well. Does anyone have any in their cattery for sale?

RE: Dry Olive Eyes
Should the OP have the the Dry Olive Eye on her request I would love to add, just as Burke, the eye to my collection too.
Feel free to IM me if you have any preferable wth Genesis Fur.
The eye can be pure shown or proofed hidden.
Both is acceptable for me
As long as the shown eyes leaves some options left for me to pull it so I prefer it hidden behind a fairly dominant eye if it is not shown.

That is a pretty eye colour. Hopefully it will spread out through out the market.

RE: Dry Olive Eyes
I recently spoke with 'Faelyn Indigo'. I asked her to show her eyes kittens 'Dry Olive'. She was very kind to show me. It seems she keeps all her, in secret, until now. And, not to sell any kitten.
I'll post a picture so everyone can see how the eyes.
There seems to be evidence that for most recessive Grotto eyes.
I hope 'Faelyn Indigo', do not be offended by me posting this photo. The community wants to know about this new trait. And I talked to you about, not keep pedigrees in secret.

Thank you so much Fabioazevedo! And to everyone else who responded in Forum to my post.... I'm glad I'm not the only one who thinks these eyes are gorgeous!
One evening I wandered around many markets, looking only for this eye... and could not find them anywhere. I understand why more recessive eyes are sought and coveted, and are necessary for breeding projects... but I do appreciate and love beautiful eyes (and other traits), too! I hope these particularly attractive green eyes do not 'die out' due to lack of popularity and breeding.
