Make Your Own collar kits

Would it be possible for KC to sell collar kits?

One example that exists in-world that I can cite, is a certain prim baby store. The baby is No Modify, but they sell No Copy/Transfer script kits that allows people to create/texture their own baby clothes for it. I thought it'd be nice if we could do this for our cats.

That would be alotta fun, and also thank god for collar removers, because when i buy that 9 traited black russian with weenis texture collar Im not sure I want to keep it!
