The wait is killing me! lol But I had a hopeful sign today.
Mom has passed bali seal, her mom is a snow hiding bali seal. Dad hides russian black. To be honest I expected a black, so this to me is hopeful.

Oh how could it be hiding Snowshoe Lilac then? The Siamese Seal should be hiding Siamese Lilac or better and the Sorrel was behind the Red Tabby.
So the Sorrel is hiding Siamese Lilac or better, right? and The Snowshoe Lilac is dominant to Siamese Lilac can't hide behind it.
And who knows maybe the Siamese Lilac was hiding much more recessive fur.

Good points wasn't quite awake when I looked at sagas chart and wrote all that. I thought it was a bit narrower than it turned out to be. Since it says between snowshoe lilac and bengal silver. But not sure if the sorell was hiding anything more than the siam lilac either.
But I give up for now. I'm doing good with my other babies. So till I find a more dom fur that isn't mixed and I know for sure what it hides I'll just keep breeding what I have.

aww it happens, and yes it is not easy I think Sad maybe try with another kitty that you know what it hides.

Thx Sara, like I said it's no big deal. My others are passing the fur and I'm working my way away from the recessive furs so they may not pop out when I start to trait them as much. Smile
