That does indeed show dominance to Twilight and narrow the range considerably, will you be checking the babys actual hid since Morning Glory is still in the test range and could be the hid?

Clarification on Evolvings pedigree for anyone confused by the Twilight on both sides. Galaxy Moon is recessive to Twilight therefore Wyns mate cannot have hidden it from her father and the Galaxy Moon pulled it from under Wyn's Morning Glory. Therefore we know Wyns OS with Odyssey Magic hides either Twilight or Morning Glory so we are safe in stating it is dominant to Twilight.

RE: New Eye - Odyssey Magic
Ody Magic dominant to Autumn Leaf.

Finally found Ms Grapey's hidden eye - not from her showing it but from her special kitten's hidden eye. Mintie got Ody Magic from her dad and Autumn Leaf from her mum. As Ody Magic showed, Autumn Leaf must be recessive to it.

RE: New Eye - Odyssey Magic
Congratulations!
Just to explicate a bit:
Taking the second pedigree first... the second pedigree proves that the OciChocolate named 9T(OdBurst) does indeed hide Odyssey Burst underneath the Beach Blue, as you can see when a Jade-eyed cat pulls it.

In the first pedigree, the same OciChocolate cat 9T(OdBurst) is run with an argyle showing the Ody Magic, and the Ody Magic covers eye thrown by the OciChocolate. We already know that Beach Blue is dominant to Ody Magic. The Ody Magic MUST be covering the Ody Burst.

This means that Ody Magic is running right up against the set of Crystal eyes. It may be that the Crystals stick together and so Ody Magic is likely to come in right above the crystals or right below them. However, not all sets of Limited Edition eyes do stick together (see the Gerberas), so this is by no means guaranteed.

Thank you Evolving.

RE: New Eye - Odyssey Magic
Thank you Evolving for all your work on this eye, as Ivy said that does just now leave the Ltd Ed Crystal Eyes. As she said its not a given that it will place above or below them but I'd suggest thats as good a place as any to start testing Smile
Usually I like to test mid range except where I come up against a bunch of Ltd Eds, then unless I have one already open I prefer to go top or bottom and hope Smile Of course the mid eye can tell you which way to go Smile

RE: New Eye - Odyssey Magic
Ok First up Evolvings pedigree actually shows recessive to Crystal Clear not dominant and thereby places this eye

Quick summary

Pedigree 2 shows that 9T(OMagic....) hides Odyssey Magic, pulled by the known recessive Grotto

Pedigree 1 shows that same cat 9T(OMagic.....) (Confirmed by ID#) having a baby with a Crystal Clear and the baby shows Crystal Clear. 9T (OMagic.....) shows Mocha which is dominant to Crystal Clear therefore he threw his hidden Odyssey Magic as proven in pedigree 2. This places the eye between Crystal Clear and Odyssey Burst.

As previously surmised the Crystals have stayed together and this eye dropped in right below them Smile
