So funny, Boytoy lol, and is total projection of what he does to others haha. It's fine for him to name his very site after a trademarked company name, but not for anyone else to make a profiler haha. Lord, it is comical

I looked at his domain name some time ago. As near as I could tell, the .info registrar's dispute resolution procedure was to complain to ICANN and they would abide by the decision. The problem with that was I could not find proof Kittycats was a registered trademark. If it were, while it's a bit of a hassle, Kittycats could seize the domain name.

The company name, according to the web site is "The Pampered Pet Company" not "Kittycats". Since the emergency change to this new web site, however, it's been sort of hard to find. It's still there on a few pages, though, like the Pedigree.

He did the same thing to me after I chose to stay neutral in the debates between him and other people. I had spent 4 days working on my store and had to take down all Rene's profilers and reorganize because I don't like bullies or ultimatums. I also dislike people changing TOS JUST because they have a grudge. I'm not giving up breeding but I am never using his profilers again. I actually bought a second copy of Torgens for my alt, just out of spite.

No one gets to use me to hurt someone else's business.

I've been watching this thread for a while. I try to stay out of controversial things, give others the benefit of the doubt, and above all, I try to be kind.

A couple of weeks ago - without being bullied or contacted by Rene, I deleted all of his profilers. Even though I suspect there is an underlying emotional or psychological reason for his behavior that is beyond his control, I still didn't want to be associated with someone who systematically hurts others over and over.

In RL I avoid doing business with individuals and corporations that harm others. SL is just an extension of RL in reality, and in this case, people I know and others I don't know, but share my love for breeding these kitties, are being hurt, bullied, and lied to. There was no way I could continue being associated in any way with that. Every time I see an RM profiler, I think of what has happened to people I know and respect. Deleting them, for that reason alone, was a no-brainer for me.

I'm sure I was somewhere on his "list" to contact and it just hadn't happened yet. I'm using Torgon's profiler only now, and have not seen a bit of a drop in sales from deleting the RM ones. Torgon's are easy to use, and our community has had nothing but positive interactions with him.

I believe that this controversy will come to an end pretty quickly, as there are fewer and fewer using the RM profilers, it is - and will continue to be - increasingly more difficult to get an accurate representation of the marketplace on his site.

I noticed Rene recently took his auction calendar down from his website. Just another reason to switch to Torgon. Probably to hide the fact that he had very few auctions listed anymore compared to Torgons calendar and all the auctions on Rene's were out of date anyways.

Rogue as you notice there is no chance for any neutrality or the basic respect he cannot tell people what to do. He will never understand that it is not up to him to say what someone puts in their own store. He is too controlling to ever get this and see how unreasonable it is. You would think he would be able to understand though that he pushes his customers away, but he cannot even do this. He constantly insults others for their intelligence when they don't let them themselves get bullied but he is the one without intelligence not to recognize what he did and does to his own business, or why it is he keeps being called bully over and over. It is because he is! It is a fact experienced by so many people or seeing it happen to their friends. This man has no self awareness whatsoever. He gets a kick out of hurting people or banning them which is the lowest of the low and no achievement in any life.

I agree with what you say Mitsuru. Also it could be because markets refuse to do business with him anymore, by choice or because he has been abusive to the owner/s so of course they don't want to use his profilers at their auctions and have anything to do with him.

I encourage people to leave honest feedback on the marketplace. Even if you did not buy the RM there you can still leave comments by 'piggy backing' on a review as I did. Just be careful to stick to facts or he gets the comments removed. Don't feel bad to do it, because most of his positive comments are not even genuine, they only happened as he offered money off his profilers if people left a review! LOL

I believe all auctioneers have now ceased using RMs profiler, a couple of weeks ago only 1 was listed and I was told Rene threatened that auctioneer so they discontinued use of his profiler.

Do you suppose its a coincidence that that just happens to be the week Torgons profiler went on sale? His thread is dated 30th Jan 2017.
Also as a side note the picture used by Rene states it displays images and as we all know when Torgons was launched Callie had already put a stop to that.

Rene ran that special due to Torgon's profiler being in beta at that time and being spread among a few friends. He knew Torgon was going on sale for 1/4 his in about a week so he was trying to scam people and get a few quick sales. Even with the 50% discount he was still higher than Torgon. I always thought maybe the way Rene got so many good reviews was by purchasing his own profiler on alts and giving himself reviews. I also think maybe how he got above 5 stars is by removing so many bad reviews it broke the system and tricked it into thinking it was over 5.
