Wink RE: Galaxy Orbit Eye - Recessiveness/Proofs
Galaxy Orbit is dominant to Tapestry Reef

Rosa has Odyssey adore eye and hides Tapestry Reef

Rosa is bred to Brun (hides Galaxy Orbit).
Her offspring with proves that Galaxy Orbit
is dominant to Tapestry Reef

RE: Galaxy Orbit Eye - Recessiveness/Proofs
Thanks Violet, since Odyssey Adore is known to be dominant to Galaxy Orbit, Rosa must have passed her hidden Tapestry Reef meaning Galaxy Orbit is indeed dominant to Tapestry Reef.
Even had we not known for sure that Tapestry Reef hides we would know that it had to be dominant to whatever Rosa passed and since we know her hidden we know it has to be dominant to that.
Since Galaxy Orbit is known to be recessive to Galaxy Nebula & Galaxy Comet that means both of those are now known to be dominant to Tapestry Reef so I can pull my Comet that should hide Tap Reef. He breeds again tomorrow so I'll let that go just in case he passes it but f not I don't need to bother now Smile

RE: Galaxy Orbit Eye - Recessiveness/Proofs
Small update: my first Gal Orbit versus StarryBBlues tester kitten turned out to hide the wrong recessive. I have opened my second tester box. Which means that Arwen and I are running neck and neck.

RE: Galaxy Orbit Eye - Recessiveness/Proofs
I had a suspicion it was going to be when my Nebula Mercury test returned Nebula, no need to finish that now as it automatically put Nebula dom as well. Already suspected my Orbit passed her hidden against SBB.
Great Work Violet 1 proof 2 placements. Fantastic!
