Profilers make playing KittyCats more interesting!

I really do doubt that this is about the images per se. I think it's about accessing the images along with all the other cat data from the KittyCats database.

I'm the owner of Too Adorable Sims. I was the first sim owner to use Rene's Profilers and we used them on our Love tables, Bid Boards and Managerie tables. We promoted the profilers on our sims and also the website in our Love Tables notices, together with the address to his site.

Hmm I didn't mean you would be figuratively be jumping for joy. I understand that all markets big or small have a lot of upkeep to them. I also understand that with out profilers that larger markets would be seeing increased renters and traffic vs the smaller markets that won't be as lucky.

Ok I have to admit I am really really confused here and trying to figure out how one persons product is condemned for use due to using Kittycat images and database thingy and another persons product is sanctioned fit for use http://kittycats.ws/forum/showthread.php?tid=24034
Please can someone explain this to me in simple terms.

It was not just to do with images/database. It was to do with trying to make everyone have to show the cat prices, without choice, and other things which Callie wrote on her post in the first thread about it and is locked now but it is written here. https://kittycats.ws/forum/showthread.php?tid=28124&page=5

It's nice to see you enabed them Rene, but until Callie gives an ok I won't be using them. I am also still a tad upset by the hanging cat picture you put up on them when you disabled them. I wish you the best of luck at straightening all this out and best of luck to the community as well, and I hope there will be a tool from KC like this in the future, as it was a nice tool, but nder the circumstances I just will stay away from the proflers for now. I hope you understsand.

I wondered the same thing but we don't know the full situation of either product, the profiler by rene or the kittybox products. Maybe kittybox has permission, who knows, but the item i have for the signature, it's a 3 in one product that alerts you when you have a newborn in local also has the kitty calcuator and estimates a price(which id on't use it for that, more for the baby notification) you can put a forum signature if you want, i just like to i think its cute. But we don't know about that situation and it has nothng to do with this thread(yea similiar subjects but different business people). Also, Callie said in the other thread, a whole long list of stuff, it sounds like it wasn't the images alone that caused a "spark", it sounds like it was more business ethics and the complaints they had regarding the product/creator, which reflects on KC, so anyway. We don't know why one will be allowed and one may not be, just how it is i guess
