Isn't it fun to hang out with your kitties and see them running all around and playing?

I have a nicely landscaped parcel that I would like to share with a neighbor/renter who would like a place to let their kitties roam around. You would get 300 prims for $450L per week. That's enough for about 20 kitties and their feeding dishes. I'll include a 15-prim Pergola at no extra cost or you can use up to 15 prims for a structure of your own for the kitties' home at no extra cost.

Please note: This is not a retail space, so do not advertise kitties for sale at this location. You can Set Home and your friends and guests are welcome to hang out, too. It's on a PG mainland sim and I've experienced almost no lag.
