Odyssey Adore -- recessiveness? charts
Saga's charts currently says Odyssey Adore has been found to be dominant to Odyssey Bellini. Here is proof it is dominant to Royal Sapphire

Mom shows Odyssey Adore
Dad shows Onyx
Baby shows Royal Sapphire
Royal Sapphire is dominant to Onyx, therefore Mom must hide Royal Sapphire
Therefore Odyssey Adore is dominant to Royal Sappire

Not a proof.

Mariah hides Odyssey Bellini or better; which she could have passed.
Already known to be dominant to Odyssey Bellini.

Not a proof.

Shaun is not proven pure and could hide something way deeper (such as Odyssey Bellini, or better).

The ages of Shaun's parents, however, prove Sameh hides Odyssey Adore.
Quote:Recessive to Tapestry Harvest (Doren hides Tapestry Harvest)
Correct, based upon above proof that Shaun hides Odyssey Adore, this proves both that Odyssey Adore is recessive to Tapestry Harvest, and that Doren hides Tapestry Harvest.

RE: Odyssey Adore -- recessiveness? charts
Hi Alassariah,
Thanks for all your charts.

So for sure Odyssey Adore is recessive to Tapestry Harvest. If you could send Saga's charts the chart that shows Sameh with a child with Odyssey Adore eyes shown and the Tapestry Harvest charts, it would be great.

Also if you pop the Mega Odyssey Adore baby and it has babies, let us know if it turns out one of the babies proves the Crystal Dream hid with Dream popping against something more recessive. I would be real curious to see that one.

You're very welcome and thank you! I sent the chart links to Saga in-world and will pop the Mega soon. Big Grin

RE: Odyssey Adore -- recessiveness? charts
Wasn't sure if I should post this here or in the Frost thread since it pertains to both eye. But since it's focusing on the Ody Adore with this cat I figured it should go here.
This is the parents 3rd kitten and the first two showed the frost both parents show so I'd say the other starter grandparent was hiding Ody Adore under it so Frost is Dom to Ody Adore. Hope it helps somewhat. [Image: ff4b3250340e97fd9410957cce574f57.png]

RE: Odyssey Adore -- recessiveness? charts
From Saga's Charts, Frost is recessive to Tapestry Harvest. We learned above Odyssey Adore is recessive to Tapestry Harvest.

Here, we clearly learn, with no inference or additional information required, that Odyssey Adore is recessive to Frost.

At this point we know:

Odyssey Adore is recessive to Tapestry Harvest and Frost (which is only known to be recessive to Tapestry Harvest) and dominant to Royal Sapphire. Still quite a range, but narrowing.

RE: Odyssey Adore -- recessiveness? charts
Here is proof that Odyssey Adore is recessive to Twilight. According to the Saga Chart, Twilight is recessive to Gerbera Blue and Crystal Crush, therefore it is safe to assume that Odyssey Adore is recessive to Gerbera Blue as well.
