1. With regular auctions where we are looking at cats from just one breeder and are Very Unlikely to remember "who is breeding what" 5 minutes after the auction! But with a Pretty Patron Auction, shoppers are immersed in Your Cats Only and are more likely to Remember You. This is Your Cattery's Showcase!
2. Looking at Your Best (because you only get One Chance at making a Good First Impression!), they will see your breeding style, skills and quality.
3. Once your Pretty Patron Auction has left an impression on the KC Community, the Recognition Power most often leads to Increased Store Sales no matter Where you store is! They will remember and feel the Familiarity to You and Your cats.
4. Summer is Slow, Why Bother with a Pretty Patron Auction?
Because "tis the season" of Summer Projects..Summer is short and if You include Especially Good Lives, you will be providing your peers with a chance to get the traits they need from you Without having to wait 2 wks for a kitten! It also helps you make the best of the cats you don't need anymore and will get you alot more than K$ when you Menagerie.
5. Why a "Pretty Patron Auction"?
Because they are known for quality, and happy buyers as well has happy sellers! Also, Pretty Patron Auctions are Unique in that they don't merely send out NC to promote them...Customized "Catalogs" with Pics and Pedigrees are sent and Promotion Begins as soon as You have your lineup set (the book a nice keepsake and reminder about the quality of your cats!)
6. Well it all sounds wonderful! Do you have references?
I certainly do. patrons who have done one with me, and/or have had subsequent ones want a Pretty Patron Auction! Some of the finest KC Breeders are repeat Patron Auctions!
What Do You Need to Have Your Own Pretty Patron Auction?
1. approx 10 to 12 cats. Quality of traits is more important than number of cats.
2. Kittens or live cats up to 40 days are ok to use if the traits are nice
3. New Traits are preferable and sell best and at better prices
4. Until the day of your patron auction, hold on to your best cats and work to make them "couture"...show Your Style.
5. Stick with 9T, or New Traits (Most recent release)
6. All Cats Must Be Your Breeding...they are here to see Your skills.
7. A Minumum of 1 week lead time And All cats set and ready to be photographed No Less than 3 Days before (When you see Your CATalog, You will be glad you did! For a sample of the book, message me and I will send you one)
If you need me to look over your cats with you and help you decide, I am happy to do that. We can discuss prices and which cats to use based on popularity and sales recently. 1. approx 10 to 12 cats, max of 16 if you have Excellent ones to add. Quality of traits is more important than number of cats.
2. Kittens or live cats up to 45 days are ok to use if the traits are nice
3. New/Rare Traits are preferable and sell best and at better prices
4. Until the day of your patron auction, hold on to your best cats and work to make them "couture"...show Your Style.
5. All Cats Must Be Your Breeding...and bring Your Best (because you only get One Chance at making a Good First Impression!),
6. A Minumum of 1 week lead time And All cats set and ready to be photographed No Less than 3 Days before (When you see Your CATalog, You will be glad you did! For a sample of the book, message me and I will send you one
If you need me to look over your cats with you and help you decide, based on popularity and sales recently, I am happy to do that. 1. approx 10 to 12 cats, max of 16 if you have Excellent ones to add. Quality of traits is more important than number of cats.
2. Kittens or live cats up to 45 days are ok to use if the traits are nice
3. New/Rare Traits are preferable and sell best and at better prices
4. Until the day of your patron auction, hold on to your best cats and work to make them "couture"...show Your Style.
5. All Cats Must Be Your Breeding...and bring Your Best (because you only get One Chance at making a Good First Impression!),
6. A Minumum of 1 week lead time And All cats set and ready to be photographed No Less than 3 Days before (When you see Your CATalog, You will be glad you did! For a sample of the book, message me and I will send you one
