RE: New wavy tail
And finally they behaved!

Mum shows Wavy tail, which is confirmed to be maternal grandfather's hidden tail.
Maternal grandmother shows dreamy tail.

Dad shows Fluffy tail, which is proven recessive to Dreamy.

Kitten shows Dreamy tail, which must be Mum's hidden tail since Dreamy cannot be hidden behind Fluffy.

This proves that Wavy tail is dominant to Dreamy tail, and places Wavy tail between Snappy and Dreamy.

RE: New wavy tail
The Saga Chart is now updated to say
Quote:- Wavy Tail dominant to Dreamy Tail and recessive to Snappy tail - more info, please.

It seems that we need a second independent proof to place it.

I have this girl out to breed the second proof for Choc tip whiskers, and she should be available to test Wavy Tail once I have a Flame whisker box of the correct gender.

Fur: Australian Mist - Blue Marble
Eyes: Odyssey Bellini (Mysterious|Small)
Shade: Natural
Tail: Wavy
Ears: Curious
Whiskers: Flame (Double Plush)
Size: Normal

Does anyone have a (preferably pure) dreamy tail boy ?

That looks perfect!
Hang on a week though. My Wavy girl is only two days old and has to breed a boy before she is ready.

-Or open right away if you have a flame boy with chic tip hidden who can go with my Flame/Choc tip girl.

Also when I was looking I spotted that the Scottish I have with Dreamy Tail are likely pure because I introduced it from the cat Galaxy. Montgomery hid puff under his Genesis so the Dreamy tail came from Galaxy. I have no cats I can prove are pure just suspect so hidden would need to be pulled back out but at least starting with a 99% certain pure cat should make it easier. Anyway that means your Scottish boy is probably pure dreamy. He was a double hidden and both parents hid dreamy. We might actually be able to prove that as I still have both and can confirm with a breed to some Fluffys. I'll get on that ASAP Smile

Had a quick look and just need to confirm Dot hides Dreamy. Already confirmed Fogarty with a breed to a fluffy hider showing genesis and got Dreamy Smile
I'll get the proof Dot hides and confirm you do indeed have a pure Dreamy tailed boy already in your cattery Smile

Unfortunately I only have girls showing Flame and Hiding Choc Tipped. I hadn't realised Saga were still trying to placethat or I would have opened one of those weeks ago.
Reven have you thought about breeding her to your Scottish boy for a double proof?
If she gives a Flame boy he will hide the choc tipped from the Scottish and wavy tail would produce the second proof you need.

RE: New wavy tail
I already reorganised mine to get the proof Pierres mum hides Dreamy. I got it from his Dad last week.
Posting it below, as you can see Hisolda shows Genesis and hides Fluffy or better. Fogarty Shows Puff and hides Dreamy or better. Baby shows Dreamy which is known dominant to Fluffy so therefore Fogarty hides Dreamy.
As soon as I get proof Dot is hiding Dreamy I'll add that so you have both for the proof for Saga. I'd be surprised if she hides anything else given the amount of inbreeding I have done in this line and only gotten Dreamy but you can never be sure. I checked Galaxys line and the Dreamy was in her Mums line but no idea what passed down Dads side as everything I see is dominant to Dreamy.
