Ha Ha, I am indeed working on it, first baby passed the wrong hidden eye Second is due to breed for the first time on Weds and I still have a pair producing test boxes. So far all the test boxes have Serendipity Glow, but Good Luck Ellen the more the merrier
My first breeding of a Destiny Skyline to a Serendipity Glow produced Destiny Skyline. I hope this is useful at placing them in relation to each other but I will breed Carmella and Jason again to see if I get the same result.
You have to find the hidden on the baby. We don't know what Stormy is hiding under the Pumpkin eyes. I mean, maybe you do... that would be good information. But as it stands we have no idea.
There has to be something back there and theres a good chance its not Serendipity Glow, so you will need to pull the hid to confirm. Every box I have made so far has Serendipity Glow eyes but first one the Destiny Skyline passed his hid, it possible he has done that everytime. My cats do seem to like to pass the hid when I want the shown so I won't rule out that none of my boxes hide Destiny Skyline.
Second baby to have the hid pulled breeds today but I'm not holding my breath for the hid to pass, lol.
Welcome to the frustration of dominance testing, to date all my boxes show Serendipity Glow, 2 were tested and revealed to hide Soul Whisper not Destiny Skyline. 3rd is ready next week to check her hid. On the upside after passing his hidden fur every box Dad, the Destiny Skyline, passed his shown fur this week. Heres hoping he didn't pass hidden eye as frequently as hidden fur
Ivy had asked up-thread what mom might be hiding behind the pumpkin eyes. I was able to get some information from her breeder, Mel (littlelaviniafisher). The only other eye I see back there behind Stormy is Exotic Journey. Take a look (attached).
(Edited to clarify: I do see Soul Whisper on the dad, Eldan's, side of Carmella's background, but since Carmella shows her dad's shown eye, the Serendipity Glow, I was looking on her mother's side for the hidden.)
