RE: Suggestion: 24h 50% discount for all stuff what u think?
I think food sales are not a good idea for all the reasons Anna mentioned.
A permapet sale could be cool but what I like to see best is a potion available during the sale of special editions which makes it possible to permapet these specials but for a more appealing price.
Because I think we are all hearted with these creations and indeed it can be a large series of cats
If it was possible for the community to make these cats a permapet with a special lower priced permapet vitamin limited to specials only and limited available during the sale of a special that would be awsome.
I try to permapet all specials as well but it are a LOT of kitties

RE: Suggestion: 24h 50% discount for food or PERMAPET! What u think?
I can understand people who are gungho for permapetting LEs, but I actually care much less about those than my kitties whose look was customized by careful breeding over months. If they made some big discount on perma for LEs and I was still stuck paying full price (max 1 every month or two at this price point) to permapet my special project babies, I would be really irritated. I like my personalized babies best, ones not everyone else has one just like. I definitely think a serious adjustment to perma cost is in order, and I have dozens of babies in inventory waiting to be perma, not because they're LE and someone might want to pay me a ton for them someday but because I love them.
Lower cost perma:

I've finally convinced Charm that blankets are not SO bad .. it was hard. There was ONE though that, when she was about to put it to sleep for a while even this cruel, heartless old curmudgeon said "No!" and we'll continue to feed for another year .. maybe we'll change our minds when the food costs finally exceed what it would have cost to perma-pet it .. just maybe.

Yes, I can see your point as well.
I have these carefully bred kitties as well which are no longer in my breeding program and I therefore want to permapet just because I'm hearted with them.
So yes I can imagine it would tick you off when the permapet price reduction would only be possible for limited edition kitties.
It doesn't bring us closer to a solution it seems because I don't think KC will lower the price for the permapet somehow but I see why this would be unfair indeed.
That picture is hilarious btw

RE: Suggestion: 24h 50% discount for food or PERMAPET! What u think?
I think 24 hour Food Sale would be fantastic idea - but what I am really concerned with is the general high price of food.
If the price were lowered there would be no need for 50% sale.
I have worked out a pack of 20 food and 20 milk equivalates to nearly £14 per week, which in my humble opinion is to high a cost!!
Yes! I know many of you may suggest if you can't afford to feed the cats then don't have so many etc etc
I would really appreciate if the Kittycat team could look into reducing the food prices.

RE: Suggestion:24h 50% discount for PERMAPET! What u think? Or drop the price of PERMAPET
I have a few that I would permapet if the cost were not so high. For now, their breeding is turned off, and they are older anyway, so they eat less. And as others have stated, I would not permapet LE's, but would love to permapet my few special kitties that started my lines. Lowering the cost on this would indeed benefit all, as it would seem that sales of this particular potion would then increase and give many consumers the actual choice to permapet 2 or 3 (or in some cases 10, 15 or 20...lol) rather than sending them to the menagerie.
Food costs could be lowered, but then since this is Kittycats mainstay for income, this would then eat into their profit. But, lowering it means more sales, so while the initial price drop would create a ripple in the profit gains, it would even out over time as sales increased and leveled off again.
