summer 2016 project: eyes needing placement

I made some changes on my first entry

a. Bolded the eyes so easy to see
b. listed the names of the eyes that an eye needs to be tested against if 3 eys or less
c. if only one eye needs to be tested to be proven, it is bolded in Key Lime Green.

Also next I am going to consolidate all the pairings people said they are popping. If you see one that you are going to do -- it's ok, do it anyways. Saga needs 2 proofs for placement. Also some tests don't work out.

Just so people can see, here are some of my past dominance testing results. Since I do test for dominance by shown and hid against a more recessive fur, the fails are due to the recessive fur being passed as a lot of eyes have recessive hids. All the too lates was due to the threads already having proofs not showing on Saga which is why I realized I needed to do some consolidation of what we have on the threads. To be fair on most of my dominance projects, I am usually uptraiting the other traits so the pairings are never wasted.

Galaxy Sun/Grotto:

Birthed for testing the hidden but with Exotic Journey in the background on both sides and EJ is the most recessive eye I have I half-expect a fail.

Looking forward to seeing the babies' hids.

Bronze eyes on that tonki champ is really gorgeous! And you were lucky to get both cats to pop the hidden whiskers. Latte really works great on that.

Yes, I was extremely happy to see the Bronze and Latte on this fur. I've been working on stabilizing my mid-range stock and that contributed a lot towards my long-term goal. Thank you.

Edit: I have this so far on Galaxy Trip. I'll find out if her hidden eye is Ody Bell and post an update later.

ok, i'm listing below everyone who has stated the trials they are going for to make it easier t see. If you see one you want to do, it is ok to duplicate -- Remember Saga's charts needs 2 proofs to post. Also, I don't know about the others, but about 50% or more of my trials fail due to getting the hid or something. I don't know about you but I am very excited at how many people are pitching in to clean up the eye chart -- hopefully we will place most of them by summer's end.

I did not see a project for Odyssey Adore. I have numerous boxes with Odyssey Adore pulled by Canary but have not yet tested them. Along the way, dad's hidden has come out and I've decided to birth this box, test it with something slighly more dominant than Odyssey Bellini to see if it pulls the Canary out from behind Odyssey Adore proving dominance, which would knock several more eyes out of the running.

I also birthed a Ruddy Lightwash vs Bengal Verdant (I can use the Ruddy after) a couple days ago. Mine has hiddens too. Hopefully between the two of us, we can get Saga the two proofs.

Sparkle Dream vs. Odyssey Dream

I pulled with Dry Olive and got dad's hid, Odyssey Bellini.


I have a Crystal Dream (10 days old). He should hide Odyssey Dream. I am pulling his hidden eye for another go.
