Star KittyCats Feature in New Ebooks (News update about Skippy and Maxwell)
Hello to all of you KittyCatS owners. Many of you may remember Skippy and I, the two young elf twins. Both of us were once very active on these forums and we used to jointly own a specialist KittyCatS shop that sold vampire kittens. Do you remember us both?

Firstly, you may have been wondering why neither of us have been around recently. Don’t worry, we are both fit and healthy. If you are interested, Skippy has been incredibly busy with his photography and developed a wonderful range of magical-looking pictures. You can find them on his Flicker photostream. I am very impressed each time he uploads a new picture. If you are keen (and you have a Flicker account) why don’t you add him to your list of contacts so that you can get an email notification each time he uploads a new picture.

As for me, I have been very busy developing my story writing skills. I have now established a small library at Amazon, iTunes and Kobo. If you want to see a favourite of mine, why not take a peep at the free sample of “Fingers and the Dream Thief” by looking at the "look inside" link, to get an idea of what my stories look like.

Anyway, back to the main theme of this thread: you might even notice that KittyCatS feature in several of my stories. Above is a screen shot of just one page from a fantasy quest story of mine called "Leif's Quest." The kittens that I have bred from KittyCatS have been an important part of my past and I still enjoy getting a permapet out, to add something different to my storylines. In fact, I am now planning a steampunk story about Jack, a young boy, who accidentally gets kidnapped by space pirates. I intend to feature a KittyCatS kitten in that story too, as a main character to accompany Jack in his travels. The story is still in the planning stage and so I doubt whether you'll see it around any time soon.

Anyway, that’s the news of Skippy (as well as a peep at KittyCatS in an ebook.) What have you been doing too? I would love to hear about your news too, either within KittyCatS or some other project.

We never met Maxwell but I definitely remember you. If it hadn't been for your wonderful blog about kittycat breeding, I would have spent months chasing my own tail. I'm very glad to hear that you and Skippy are happy and well.

The snippet from "Leif's Quest" is lovely. Buckthorn is very photogenic and at the end I was thinking, "I wish there was more," so I'll be sure to check you out on Kobo.

Yes, I forgot all about the KittyCatS articles on my blog. If others are interested, I have written a few "hints" about KittyCatS breeding strategies that Skippy and I used in the past. (To find them quickly, navigate to the right hand frame of my blog and select "KittyCatS" from the categories or use this link and then scroll down, past my KittyCatS stories.)

You are right that KittyCatS are very photogenic. They contain a mass of lovely poses in their menus. Also, when they are worn or rezed in world, they adopt a variety of natural looking poses. This is what makes them particularly suited to story telling and photographic shots.

RE: KittyCats Feature in New Ebooks (News update about Skippy and Maxwell)
If you are interested, a Russian Black KittyCatS kitten of mine called "Jet" has just recently featured as a major character in my latest ebook story called, Jack and the Space Pirates.

Obviously, this ebook is aimed at young children and so I don't expect many KittyCatS customers to be interested in reading the whole story. Why don't you just take a "peep inside" at Amazon and see if you can spot Jet the cat, in the different frames of the storyline. (The "peep inside" function at the above ebook link is free to use. It allows you to peep at the first one-tenth of the book, as a taster.)

The young hero boy in the story, Jack has a pet cat that keeps him company, as he tars the inside of space galleons flying between Earth and Mars. Together, Jack and Jet accidentally become kidnapped by a band of Space Pirates when the gold-carrying ship Jack was tarring becomes stolen from a space station. Thankfully Jet (the Russian Black KittyCatS kitten) comes to the rescue when he panics the rats in the ship's hold and causes mayhem: the space pirates mistakenly believe that they have all caught the Black Death. It's a crazy zany storyline but hopefully, if you have any young children in your family, they might just love my warped sense of imagination.
