Hi all. Since the SL issues are affecting our 1.60 cats we've discovered a slight workaround.

We can roll back some cats to version 1.59, however it means individually retrieving the cat. There is also the added problem in that the cat will not properly update ownership when passed back to the customer

In other words, we can retrieve your broken cat as a 1.59 version, but it will show on staff's pedigree and not yours until this issue is resolved. You will have a working cat, but the owner label in Info will be blank.

So what we can do with this:

1. If your cats are v1.60, breeding and about to turn 121 days within the next 48 hours, file a ticket with the ID#. We will send you a 1.59 replacement.

2. If your cats bred and produced a box that is rezzing, send a ticket with the parents' names, ID#'s, and the location of them and their box in-world. Make sure Kitten Longmeadow can access the location. We will send replacements that are v1.59 and re-boost their Love so they can breed again after we verify that they had a broken box.

3. If your cat broke and you have the ID#, send a ticket with the ID#. We will send you a fixed 1.59 version of the cat.

When we send you the 1.59 version of the cat, the Owner line in Info will be blank, and it will not appear on your pedigree just yet. This is due to the issues in SL and will fix itself later. Your cat's ID# will be in your ticket, and the ID# will appear on Kitten Longmeadow or Cats Resident's pedigree in the meantime. So the cat will not be lost - the database info will just update later.

This is the best workaround we can do for now so please file a ticket only if you meet one of the above scenarios. Retrieving cats can take time, so please be patient with us while we work on things.

Thank you!

There's a sucker born every minute, and the stray cats know where we all live!
