hi tad, let me clarify
we only use retired for traits no longer available in our starter packs. i'm not sure where the confusion came in that you seem to see but if you look on our page you will only see "retired" on those things which were originally starters.
limited edition or "exclusive" things to a certain collection are just that and nothing we would ever consider to call "retired" so it seems we are tracking with you.
