I don't know if this is close enough. I've been playing around with coffee chats. The only problem I see are the ears as MOF is hid so it does not fall between PSF and rounded boo boo. Everything else, the hids match your criteria. The parents are results of a few generations that I've had of coffees so I pretty much know the parents hids.
