I'm still confused about this, and all the people who don't read this forum will have exactly the same questions two minutes before the tournament starts:

In this thread (http://kittycats.biz/forum/showthread.php?tid=17127) you said we will need rod and bait, but then you said a casual rod is fine. People keep telling me casual rods can't use bait. Please explain.
