Suggestion about Collars

I like this idea but my problem with it is that my windlight settings makes full bright darker, and ones prefered windlight can do a lot with the outcome, so maybe there should be a way for the end consumer to choice between either full bright or not just so they can tweak it as to how they see Second Life.
