I don't think the KittyCatS of the month should be so challenging, that would totally defeat the purpose and close the competition for 95% of the KittyCatS community.
So adding a trait or two, ok, but not things so rare that most of the breeders (especially new ones) have never heard of.

Also, feeding a couple cats more when one already breeds 50 or more shouldn't be an issue.

I know the gems / Fancie cat thingie is quite frustrating because gems are so (too ?) rare, I gave up too.
Still, breeder or collector (I do think you can be both, why wouldn't it be possible ?), most people would like to have a Fancie cat just because they are cute. (Also don't forget they can pass their special eyes !)
