On the other hand! If you're going to the Main Shop to buy an Energy5 -- the time it takes to teleport (and crash) and come back uses up too much of the benefit of the very short time (25 mins or less) that you're buying with an Energy5 ... makes some items less worth buying.

I really wish I had looked into this further before purchase as now I regret buying my kitty. I do not want to see her go hungry but if I can not buy food with L$ then I can not buy her food.
The excuses of cost and in world complications of TPs and crashes is weak at best as I have both a Marketplace and an in world shop and I receive none of the problems you indicate. The cost of MP is minimal and not complicated at all.
I am so sad at this news... and if my kitty dies I will be even more sad.
Something about this feels very wrong though.
