I still remembered when I just started Kittycats way back in 2011, I had an accident in my inventory when that time we didn't have online cattery to store our boxes. All my kitten boxes were vanished because of SL issues. It's like more than 200 boxes. Kitten was just so friendly, patience, calm, care, professional and so delicated to her customer's support for any issues no matter they are easy to extreme difficult issues. She retrieved those boxes for me every day. Just can't imagine how many boxes and kitties she has been saved for us during these few years. I never seen much this superior customer services even in RL.

I will definitely vote for her if there's a new princess title of Kittycats
