Mine wouldnt walk or play out of the area they were in. My partner looked into it and found out why . Look into "In Estate tools, if you have Collision disabled then your cats will refuse to move anywhere." on the sim your on or if you own it. It was on my partners sim and when he unchecked it they came alive .
