Greetings all! Some of you might have seen me lurking about the forum recently, so I wanted to take a moment to formally introduce myself! I'm Kitten Longmeadow, and I'll be your new KittyCatS Head CSR.
I'll be responsible for supervising our other CSR's, interacting with you via our forums and group chat, managing our wonderful online support system, maintaining our knowledge base, and helping you individually in-world as needed!
I've been a long-time fan of breedable pets, and I am so excited to be part of such an AMAZING team for what I think are the BEST breedables on the market! I've been fortunate enough to beta test some kittys of my own, and let me just say, I can't wait until we get to release them! More importantly though, I am looking forward to providing customer care and assistance to all of YOU, our wonderful KittyCatS clients!
