Others can't hold , cuddle or attach a cat which is owned by someone else it is possible though for other people to right click your cat and select "Pet ..." from the menu.
KittyCatS! provided us with all sorts of cute cuddle options, via this menu, for other people to pet a cat owned by someone else.
For riding a MegaPuss counts if the owner rides it friends can also right click the cat and join the ride :-)
